Our Maslak floor is LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. We passed 63 of 110 criteria from envelope to indoor-air quality. Certified September 2025.

Sustainability is not a marketing line. Running an office every day has a real cost. MindHUB measures it, reports it, and lowers it every year. On this page you'll see numbers, not promises.

100% renewable-electricity contract
Both buildings run on EPDK-licensed YEK-G renewable-energy-guarantee certified electricity. 412 MWh annual consumption in 2025, zero direct carbon footprint.

Zero single-use plastic pantry
Not a single plastic bottle, capsule coffee, PET cup, or plastic stirrer in any pantry. Glass carafes, compostable coffee filters, bamboo utensils — all from local suppliers.

Composting — 80 kg of organic waste a week
Organic waste from Maslak and Esentepe is collected by the Beko-Çiftçi composting facility in Sarıyer. 4,160 kg of organic waste diverted from landfill in 2025.

Annual carbon-footprint report
Scope 1, 2, and selected Scope 3 emissions are reported each January by an independent auditor (KPMG Turkey). We publish the report to members and the public.
