Foreword
MindHUB's founder returned to Istanbul from London for good in September 2023. Six years at an international strategy consultancy, projects across three continents with thirty companies. The only thing he brought back was a simple observation: Istanbul's corporate offices were expensive but cold, and the coworking scene was crowded and transient.
During the first three months working from a guest room, he tried seven different coworkings around the city. None of them — from the way the coffee was served to the sound of the meeting-room booking tablet — was a place he would take a client. "If I wouldn't go," he thought, "no one should."
MindHUB Esentepe opened in February 2024 in a standalone four-floor building. Two years later, we moved into the 27th floor of a Maslak finance tower — with a 14-metre glass ceiling, a small podcast studio, and a compost room that processes 80 members' organic waste each year. Two homes, one card, one community. MindHUB is Istanbul's new working address.
Manifesto

An office is not the eight hours you spend inside it. The threshold, the door handle, the acoustic panel, the light temperature — all of them either help you think or stop you from thinking. At MindHUB every detail leaves an architect's desk before it is tested against a member's day.

Bringing hotel-reception standards into an office is our baseline. Your guests are greeted by name, your courier reaches your desk within two hours, the room is set for your evening event before you mention it.

Founder & CEO
Boğaziçi University graduate, then six years at an international strategy consultancy. Returned to Istanbul in 2023 and founded MindHUB while still working from a friend's guest room. Still the first person to drink coffee in the Esentepe lobby every morning.
Director of Communications
Spent seven years as a fashion editor at Vogue Türkiye before joining MindHUB. She runs the brand voice, press relations, and the monthly member journal The Foreword. She is the one who landed the Wallpaper* feature.
Architectural Advisor
Partner at Geleg Studio (Istanbul/Milan). She designed the Maslak floor plan and the Esentepe lobby renovation. "The corridor that ties an office to a meeting room is the story most agencies forget," she says.

2023
MindHUB's founder returns to Istanbul from London. He tries seven different coworkings and realises none of them is a place he would bring a client.
Q1 2024
A standalone four-floor building between Levent and Şişli. Sixteen members on day one. Fully occupied by month three.
Q3 2024
One design studio, three law firms, and seven solo founders. The first Wallpaper* photo shoot.
2025
Best Coworking of the Year. Office Design of the Year. Two awards in one year.
Şubat 2026
The 27th floor of a finance tower. Rooftop terrace, podcast studio, LEED Gold certified. Membership applications were full six months before opening.
